I just gave myself the rest of this week to get on a better sleep schedule. Short-term, I get out of working out. Long-term (meaning Friday), I get to start my work out schedule on my days off. It always seems like a copout to give yourself a deadline. It never works, right? Only sometimes it does and so it seems like an effective system. It should be an effective system. It also ties in with the end of the month, which I hadn’t planned on, so maybe that additional deadline will help. Or it won’t.
