I’ve gotten really bad at organizing lately. By lately I mean the last five years. I didn’t really anticipate how smartphones would change computer work and vice versa. I don’t even pretend to clean my Dropbox anymore. It’s just a mess. It’s also unclear why I’d organize it. I can always find something if I actually have it thanks to search. It might take two minutes, but it works. I don’t remember ever making strict file organization work—I always wanted to change it up regularly—but it was always something I assumed I should care about. Maybe not. Especially if I can get the two minutes down to thirty seconds.
