I started the morning by burning my millet. Then I forgot coffee grounds and a liter and a half of water I wanted to bring with me to work. Once I got to work, I bumped into something and almost fell down. An ominous morning. The universe must be conspiring against… oh, wait, that conclusion is dumb. The universe is indifferent. Giving value to happenstance, the true paleo mindset, provides the day with a good narrative–even if it’s a sad story, it’s a good narrative structure. It’s nonsense. But cook your millet.
