Serenity now

I was wrong; the snow is sticking. It’s an overcast winter wonderland and I’m inside for it–at least so far–and all I can think about is how little I want to have to shovel. I’m also thinking about how it’s going to ruin my commute tonight. Snow in Colorado also doesn’t fill the trees like it does in the Midwest; winters in the Chicago area, winters in West Michigan, while sometimes godawful, at least have moments of indescribable snowy serenity.
