T-minus 20 minutes

Tomorrow is the last long run of training. Next weekend is my third half marathon. I haven’t really planned it out yet, meaning music. Leading up to the half, we did 5ks and 10ks, which I don’t think is the way to train for a half. Running for an hour sucks, running for two hours is soul crushing. For training I listen to podcasts. For races I listen to music. This time I’m considering programming it so it’s like a predictable narrative. Well, maybe. I just got the idea while writing this post and I only picked the topic because otherwise it was going to be about a “Perry Mason” TV movie.
