Afternoon workouts

For our first half marathon, I ended up doing most of the training at night, which I can’t even imagine now. Going for a ninety minute run at seven at night. It was in the fall, which might have made some difference—cooler weather. Maybe I just had more energy a year ago. My mind might not be going but it’s hard not to think the constant running isn’t taking its toll on the body. My knees hurt at random times. Not even cool times like when it’s going to rain. Though, given where I live, it hardly ever rains.
