The film is exceptional. The characters' are far more dynamic and '3 Dimensional' than you let on... The script is incredibly well written. Rapaports' monologue about models is great; he manages to sum up what most men can't quite put into words..he explains the role of 'beautiful girls' well; they offer the potential of a better day...Ok, so it stretches the boundaries of realism slightly (Men are capable of theology you know...). You write 'it's clear they've only existed since the opening logo' (approx'). Again, I disagree, the characters are all tailored to suit their back stories. I think the viewer is immediately at ease with the characters and can easily relate each to their background. I agree the direction is supurb.
